The service was great! We had our carpet and sofa deep cleaned and the results were better than could have hoped for, everything looked spotless. Also they were both very professional and friendly and gave us plenty advise on how to care for our carpets. Would definitely recommend and use again. Excellent work!

For the second time in a couple of months North East Carpet Cleaning have come to save the day, absolutely disaster start to the day when an entire Starbucks matcha tea gets knocked over onto a nearly new cream carpet, by lunchtime North East Carpet Cleaning had been out to completely remove the stain from the carpet, thank you Yan!
